Bruce Copley is a Terran Officer in the Terran convoy that passed through Kernstal at the beginning of the main GOF2 storyline. He cleared things up when Gunant was mistaken for a pirate in XenoDarth's fan fiction "What if Keith T. Maxwell..." and later helped to found MACH.
