Dáinsleif Blaster is an experimental weapon in the fan fiction Alliance of Pirates.
Description[]
In current time, the ships hull and armor are made with special vibrational patterns in order to defend them from sonic weaponrys— weapons popularized about several centuries ago that aimed to directly kill the pilot without harming the ship, but became ineffective after most ships adopted structural changes in the hull. The new hull not only could block off sound waves from harming the pilot, but could also absorb large amount of kinet energy to drastically decrease the damage. This laid foundation for modern space battle.
However, Deep Science recently discovered the weakness of this special vibrational pattern in the structure . The Red Artifact found in the Shroud Nebula has shown properties of disrupting the binding force in molecules, and combined with the hull’s property of absorbing energy, it could quickly disrupt the hull’s structure and disintegrate the ship’s armor.
By fusing large amount of Red Artifact within a Mimung Blaster, this Dáinslef Blaster is created. Its projectiles are able to quickly turn a ship’s hull into paper, but against the energy shields generated by ships, it deals about the same damage as the original Mimung Blaster.
Blueprint[]
The Blueprint of Dáinslef Blaster is obtained from Deep Science in a mission as Deep Science asks Keith.T.Maxwell to finish the weapon for them. The list of materials use iOS standards.
- 40t Energy Cells.
- 10t Red Artifact
- 10t Nanotech
- 1t Mimunf Blaster
- 80t Red Plasma
Trivia[]
- The Dáinslef Blaster is technically a Mimung Blaster infused with the full potential of Red Artifacts. Because of this, there is no major change in appearance other than a golden glow from the weapon.
- It fires a red-purple ring of energy.
- The DPS or this weapon against a ship’s shield is exactly the same as a normal Mimung Blaster.
