The HH-AT Rafael was once manufactured by Pal Tyrrt, who used to be an arms dealer. Pal was forced to write the plans for this by Mkkt Bkkt. He left the plans at Var Pravune, Quintar. Components include: 1t HH-AT Vinci, 2t M6 A5 Minotaur, 2t Daedalus Heavy VX, 2t Inferno o100, 10t 128MJ Railgun, 30t Mercenary Tech, 400t Black Plasma.
